Shiksak , acting on behalf of LIBA, provides a transparent and straightforward refund policy. All refunds are subject to the terms set forth herein.

Eligibility for Refund
Students can cancel the enrolment anytime before the beginning of the program and get the full refund. Once the program has started and if they still want to proceed with cancellation, they have to make a special request to LIBA ([email protected] ) and Shiksak ([email protected] ) giving valid justification of the cancellation. The refund will be decided on case by case basis. The final decision will be made by LIBA. The same applies to the students availing loan facility or EMI option. Students are expected to pay the full amount and continue the full EMI terms once the program has started.

Process for Requesting Refunds
Refund requests must be made in writing and sent to [email protected] and [email protected]. Please include the reason for your refund request and any supporting documentation, as appropriate. Shiksak will co-ordinate with LIBA the refund procedure as per the guidelines set above.

Refund Approval
All refund requests are subject to approval by LIBA at its sole discretion. Approved refunds will be processed within 30 working days of approval.
